Service Description

Morning Session: 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM Afternoon Session: 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM ☆☆What is Kumamoto's Local Sweet, "Ikinari Dango"?☆ Make your own "Ikinari Dango," a traditional Kumamoto sweet made with plenty of local Aso ingredients! Made with sweet potato and bean paste wrapped in dough and steamed to perfection, these simple sweets are a delight. The name comes from the Kumamoto dialect "Ikinari" (meaning "easily" or "quickly"), and they have long been a popular way to treat unexpected guests. One theory is that they have been enjoyed since the Edo period, during the reign of Lord Kato Kiyomasa, famous for Kumamoto Castle. The fluffy texture and freshly steamed aroma are exceptional! Why not create a memorable memory of your trip with these colorful Ikinari Dango, reimagined with a modern twist? [Experience Features] Rain or shine!
